1. The sale prices displayed are in Swiss francs. They are net (not subject to VAT) and shipping fees are included.

Each pipe offered for sale is a unique piece.

As soon as the payment is validated, the sale is concluded.

A confirmation email is sent to the buyer upon validation.

3. Delivery

The pipe is shipped within two working days after receipt of full payment.

For shipments to Switzerland or abroad, the package is sent by priority mail from La Poste and is delivered to the recipient against signature. The package has a routing number to ensure its tracking; this number is sent by e-mail to the recipient or to the buyer.

All taxes and customs duties are entirely the buyer's responsibility. The seller does not cover these costs in any way.

4. Cancellation of the sale

The order is firm and final, and no return of merchandise is accepted. There is no withdrawal period in Swiss law for this type of sale.

5. Guarantee of defects

As these are second-hand goods, sold as is, the seller excludes any warranty against defects in the item sold.

6. Transport damage

In the event of damage caused by transport, these must be notified to the seller by e-mail within ten days of receipt of the item sold.

After this period, no reimbursement or repair of the item sold will be borne by the seller.

7. Data protection.

The seller undertakes never to communicate or sell your details to third parties or companies

8. Final provisions

The seller reserves the right to modify the prices and the general conditions at any time and without notice.

The sales contract is subject to Swiss law and the place of jurisdiction is Biel.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
